Founder Bootcamp 2nd Edition is here!

Founder Bootcamp Is Back: Four Days to Take Your Startup to the Next Level

From December 1 to 4, 2026, founders from across the ecosystem will gather at Hangar 02 in the Eduardo Garza T. Innovation and Entrepreneurship HUB for the second edition of Founder Bootcamp. Registration is now open.

Building a startup means making decisions every day: what to build first, who to sell to, when to raise capital and how to tell your story. Doing it alone is slow. Doing it alongside mentors, experts and fellow founders changes the pace.

That’s why Founder Bootcamp is back. After a first edition full of learning and connections, we’re opening applications again for founders who are ready to stop thinking about their idea and start building it.

What is Founder Bootcamp?

Founder Bootcamp is an intensive training experience powered by Powertrain Ventures and the Eduardo Garza T. Innovation and Entrepreneurship HUB. Over four days, founders strengthen their projects, learn from experts and connect with the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

It’s not a course. It’s a space to build: every session combines hands-on workshops, mentorship and direct feedback on your startup, so you walk away with a clear roadmap for your next step.

Who is it for?

Founder Bootcamp is for you if you’re at any of these stages:

  • You have an idea and want to validate it with real users.
  • You already have an MVP and need to take it to market.
  • Your startup is growing and you’re getting ready to raise capital.

What matters isn’t your stage. It’s your drive to build and move fast over these four days.

The program: one pillar per day

Each day you’ll work on one of the pillars every startup needs to grow, and on day four you’ll present it all to the ecosystem.

  1. Day 1 | December 1 | 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. — Launch Your MVP. Build, test and validate your product based on real feedback.
  2. Day 2 | December 2 | 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. — Go-to-Market (GTM). Design the strategy to bring your product to market and land your first customers.
  3. Day 3 | December 3 | 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. — Funding Strategy. Define your funding strategy and get your startup, business model and narrative ready to raise capital.
  4. Day 4 | December 4 | 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. — Pitch Knock Out. Pitch your startup at an event open to the public, corporates and investors.

Why join?

  • Learn by doing. Every session works on your own startup, not on theoretical cases.
  • Get mentorship from experts. Founders, investors and ecosystem specialists review your project and give you direct feedback.
  • Connect with the ecosystem. Four days alongside founders, mentors, corporates and investors spark conversations that continue long after the program.
  • Pitch to decision-makers. Pitch Knock Out is your chance to showcase your startup to corporates and investors.
  • Leave with a plan. You’ll finish with a clear roadmap for your MVP, your go-to-market and your funding strategy.
