Founder Bootcamp, the intensive entrepreneurship program powered by Powertrain Ventures at the Eduardo Garza T. Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub, concluded its 2026 edition with results that demonstrate the program’s impact: 94% overall satisfaction and 92% of founders saying they would recommend the bootcamp to another entrepreneur, according to the survey conducted at the end of the event.
Over four days, more than 25 founders participated in intensive training, mentoring, and networking sessions designed to accelerate each startup at its current stage — from product validation to go-to-market strategy and fundraising preparation.

The results show that the program achieved its core objective, as founders reported feeling better prepared to take their next step after completing the bootcamp.
Beyond the numbers, however, participants especially highlighted the value of the community built throughout those four days. As one participating founder put it:
“For me, networking is the most important thing… if you’re not surrounded by the right people, startups don’t take off.”
The support provided by the mentors was also consistently recognized across the feedback, with several founders directly thanking the Powertrain team for their accessibility, guidance, and willingness to support them throughout the program.
What’s Next
The Powertrain Ventures team is already using this feedback to shape the next edition, with a focus on expanding networking opportunities, bringing in more sector-specific mentors, and creating an alumni program that connects this generation of founders with those to come.
Founder Bootcamp will continue to be a space where founders don’t just learn — they build the network that will support them throughout their journey.
