Frequently Asked Questions
Is Ignition an equity-free program?
Yes, participation is non-dilutive, i.e., we do not take an ownership stake in your company. Still, we will prepare you to negotiate a pre-seed round with investors.
How many team members are allowed in the program?
3 members max.
Is in-person attendance required?
It is not required for most of the program. All weekly sessions and workshops are online, as well as Demo Day. The In-person Week and additional pitching opportunities are in-person, and founders are highly encouraged to travel to Monterrey to take advantage of all activities.
Does the program include 1-on-1 sessions?
Ignition does not include schedulable 1-on-1 sessions. If admitted into the program, you may be invited to an optional 1-on-1 advisory program for a fee.
