Program Structure
A 5-day in-person kick-off experience in our workspace in Monterrey, Mexico where plans take form and we get to know each other a bit better.
Weekly advisory calls with our team, group workshops, events and an experienced mentor matched specifically with your startup.
Raise a funding round in Demo Day from a select group of investors including top angels, VCs and Corporate VCs, who will participate in our events

Access to funding
Founder standard investment agreement
Participation in the program includes an agreement to receive funding representing a total maximum of 5% equity stake from our fund or investment partners.

Admission Requirements
Impact
Startups solving impactful problems within ClimaTech, HealthTech, FinTech, PropTech, Mobility, or ManufactureTech
Scalability
Exponentially scalable business model, preferably through the use of software
Team
At least two full-time cofounders, one with business skills and the other with tech skills
Founder-Market Fit
Significant experience within the industry
Legal Readiness
Must be legally incorporated and fully dedicated to the startup’s vision and model
Product and Traction
Highly preferred, but not mandatory for applying
Program Cost
- One-time fee of US$625 for the 10-week program
- Due before program begins
- Subject to receiving an invitation to the program
Dates
- Application deadline: March 29th, 2025
- Begins April 21th and ends June 20th, 2025
- In person sprint takes place from May 13th to 16th 2025
