  • Build using AI tools (no limits, just vibes)

  • Deliver a live demo (no slides)

  • Get evaluated in real-time

🎯 What to expect

The Challenges

Enterprise AI Challenge — worktable challenges for Fintech, Mobility, Customer Experience, and Business Intelligence

💳 Fintech

Financial worktable challenges

Challenge 1

Fraud explainer in plain language

Build an AI agent that detects a suspicious transaction and generates a plain-language explanation for the end user — and an action recommendation for the compliance team.

Challenge 2

SME credit in under 60 seconds

Create a prototype that ingests alternative data (invoices, cash flow, social signals) and returns a credit score + rationale for a small business with no formal credit history.

Challenge 3

Regulatory doc copilot

Build a tool that reads a new regulation or compliance update and automatically surfaces which internal policies need to change and drafts the required amendment text.

🚗 Mobility

Mobility worktable challenges

Challenge 1

Dynamic last-mile router

Build an AI dispatcher that re-routes a fleet in real time when a vehicle breaks down or a delivery window changes, minimizing cost and customer impact simultaneously.

Challenge 2

Predictive maintenance alert

Create a prototype that ingests simulated sensor telemetry from a vehicle fleet and predicts which units will fail within 72 hours, with a ranked maintenance queue and cost estimate.

Challenge 3

Multimodal journey planner

Build an assistant that combines public transit, rideshare, and micro-mobility data to suggest the fastest, cheapest, or lowest-emission route for a user's specific context.

🎯 Customer Experience

CX worktable challenges

Challenge 1

Churn interceptor

Build a system that identifies at-risk customers from behavioral signals (support tickets, usage drops, NPS scores) and auto-generates a personalized retention offer or outreach message.

Challenge 2

Omnichannel support brain

Create an AI layer that unifies context across chat, email, and call history so any agent — human or bot — can pick up a conversation mid-stream with full memory and suggested next steps.

Challenge 3

Voice of the customer dashboard

Build a prototype that ingests unstructured feedback (reviews, tickets, surveys) and surfaces the top 5 issues by segment, with AI-generated recommended product or process fixes.

📊 Business Intelligence

BI worktable challenges

Challenge 1

Natural language analytics

Build a "talk to your data" interface where a non-technical user asks a business question in plain Spanish or English and gets back a chart, a number, and a one-sentence insight — no SQL required.

Challenge 2

Anomaly detective

Create an agent that continuously monitors a KPI stream, flags statistically significant anomalies, and automatically generates a root-cause hypothesis with supporting evidence from related metrics.

Challenge 3

Competitive intelligence briefing

Build a prototype that pulls public signals (news, job postings, product updates) about a set of competitors and synthesizes a weekly briefing with strategic implications for the user's business.
